SPARTANBURG, SOUTH CAROLINA – Anderson Communications, of Hilton Head Island, SC, has been tapped to develop an ambitious strategic and creative marketing plan for the Spartanburg Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Anderson brings a wealth of experience to this assignment from past and current engagements with the Hilton Head Island, Charlotte, and Savannah Convention and Visitors Bureaus, the Savannah Economic Development Authority, the Tybee Island Visitors Council and the Port Wentworth Chamber of Commerce.

Anderson will identify key opportunities for the Spartanburg area based on insights gained from extensive qualitative and quantitative research. They will also develop
conceptual creative plans and approaches.

The final plan will then clearly recommend strategies and creative ideas for capitalizing on these opportunities, with the end goal of increasing tourist
visitation to the Spartanburg area.

BK PARTNERS HIRES ANDERSON COMMUNICATIONS TO INTRODUCE CASCADIA – NASHVILLE’S FIRST LUXURY RIVERFRONT CONDOMINIUMS

NASHVILLE, TENNESEE – BK Partners of Nashville, TN, has engaged Anderson Communications of Hilton Head Island, SC to create the Cascadia brand and execute its integrated online and offline marketing communications campaigns.

Anderson was tasked with bringing the project to life through the creation of a webcentric brand strategy that includes naming the development, designing the logo and branding materials, creating a SEO-friendly website with 3D animation, and implementing an online and offline marketing campaign that includes online advertising, magazine ads, newspaper ads, radio spots and outdoor advertising.

Cascadia is a luxury condominium project that will consist of 217 one, two, three bedroom units and one 4-5 bedrooms, 2-floor penthouse. Prices range from the $500s to $1.6M with square footage ranging from 1,700 sq. ft. to 4,700 sq. ft.

The project, located very near the Opryland complex and within a 15-minute drive of both downtown and the airport, will be the first large-scale residential building on the Cumberland River and has the support of local officials who want to further develop Nashville’s waterfront areas. Condo sales begin early September, and the official Grand opening is scheduled for October 15th, 2008

COLONEL JOHN E. PARKER NAMED PRESIDENT OF ANDERSON

Anderson's long-time Chief Operating Officer, John Parker, has been named president of Anderson Communications Group. A former U.S. Marine, and Vietnam Veteran, known to his friends as "The Colonel," John worked for Bozell Worldwide on the Jeep/Chrysler business in both Washington, DC and Detroit. David Anderson, agency founder and CEO, announced the promotion by saying, "Forever a Marine, John is honest, straightforward and dependable.
